If we discover an error after your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of your order. You will be notified via email or telephone if your order is canceled due to an error.

Order Acceptance and Shipment

We may require additional information to finalize an order if information was omitted at the time the order was placed. Once an order is properly completed and authorization of your form of payment is accepted, we will promptly ship your product (s) to your chosen location.

Pricing and Sales Tax

The total cost of an item includes shipping and tax (if applicable) charges. We cannot confirm the total cost of an item until you place an order and disclose the shipping location.
